Where Can I Find a DD Form 1329?
The DD Form 1329 is used for reporting the amount of a customer agency’s account in a specific appropriation. The customer agency must also report the fund symbol for the appropriation in question. This form is required to report the amount of an account in a SAM default account when a CARS reporter is clearing/reclassifying SAM defaulted transactions. This form is equivalent to FMS 1219 and FMS 1220, Statement of Accountability and Transactions.
