Where Can I Find a DD Form 1329?
The DD Form 1329 is used for reporting the amount of a customer agency’s account in a specific appropriation. The customer agency must also report the fund symbol for the appropriation in question. This form is required to report the amount of an account in a SAM default account when a CARS reporter is clearing/reclassifying SAM defaulted transactions. This form is equivalent to FMS 1219 and FMS 1220, Statement of Accountability and Transactions.

Agencies that are not CARS daily reporters are required to report these payments monthly, in accordance with I TFM 4A-4000 section 4030.
